I’ve been to Hog’s Breath Café several times for their steaks. They currently have 2 outlets in Singapore, and only the CHIJMES outlet is worth to try. I’ve been to the CHIJMES outlet at least 5 times.
It’s most worthwhile to dine on Monday, as they have a promotion, of 50% off for main courses.
