Fosters have one of the best scones around, according to the kind I like. It’s buttery, crumbly, but not dry. It’s served warm with Devonshire cream, jam and butter.

It’s served in the Devonshire Tea Set ($10.50++), which consists of 4 scones and a pot of tea or coffee. I brought my own TWG French Earl Grey, hence I asked for just a pot of hot water.

4 scones are definitely too much for a single person. 2 or 3 would be enough.

I highly recommend the scones here.

The set lunch ($16.50++ or $18.50++) and set dinner ($27++) at Fosters are priced reasonably too, so I would try if there’s a chance. Cocktails are going at 2 for $15++ all day long.
