Artemis is a new addition to the number of rooftop restaurants and bars in Singapore, right on top of CapitaGreen Building. I love high rise views and there’s just something special about overlooking Singapore from above. Other restaurants with similar views includes Si Chuan Dou Hua, Stellar, Jaan, Zafferano and Salt Grill & Sky Bar.
From this view I can see UOB Plaza (Si Chuan Dou Hua) and One Raffles Place (Stellar at 1-Altitude). I can also spot Boat Quay and my yoga studio from here!
This is the flower on top of CapitalGreen which you can spot from ground floor. It would light up at night.
Cocktail menu at $22 each.
A new bar menu was launched today and here’s what we’re having. Bar food is usually mediocre but this menu looked promising. At Artemis they get their ingredients from sustainable sources. Their cuisine style mainly is Mediterranean so expect to see Greek options on the menu.
Beautiful sour, Eastern Promise, Lota Bell
Freshly shucked oysters
Tsarskaya, France – $8.00++ ea.
Kelly, Ireland – $7.00++ ea
Perfect with champagne.
Wagyu Hanger Steak
This was probably the best of all items. The steak was grilled to perfect doneness and was soft and flavourful. With such standards I would sure like to their our their main restaurant which focuses on grill!
Fried Olives – $12.00++
Castelvetreno olives, green chilli sauce and yogurt
This will be the kind of snack where you can’t stop munching on as you enjoy your drinks.
Confit Duck Leg Souvlaki
Lamb Belly Souvlaki
Harissa Prawns – $16.00++ /6pc
This was my other favourite from tonight’s spread. So good, I had seconds and thirds.
A cocktail kit to take home too!
Overall: Cool new bar to check out with pretty good bar food
