I’ve heard about Flor for some time but only managed to make time to go down today. They specialise in Japanese inspired French pastry.

I bought a voucher for $10, which entitled me to $20 of parties from Flor.

Above average, but not the best strawberry soufflé.

This was not very good.

3 ice cheese tarts. These were frozen, from the freezer! It’s meant to be eaten when frozen solid.

THE CHEESETARTS WERE THE BEST. I would return again for the cheesetarts! They stood out more than the cakes.

Overall: the Cheesetarts are highly recommended. The cakes are rather forgettable as there are better cakes out there.
