I had a cake from the Patissier for my birthday. It was my first time trying anything from the Patissier. They are touted to produced French pastries.

“Earl grey-infused strawberry mousse between layers of chiffon sponge sits ever so lightly on a royaltine chocolate base.”

This was the best cake I ever had in my life! I loved the earl grey flavour and how it was blended so well with the strawberry mousse. The chiffon layers weren’t soggy and the hardness was just right. The crunchy chocolate base was the best idea ever.

Assuming all their cakes possess the same standard, I highly recommend The Patissier!
