I went for a baking class at Sugar Inc and I learnt 3 different tea infused products. The highlight of it all was the macarons, which was what I was after!
Green Tea Macarons
These were some of those which I brought home, after chilling for 6 hours. It’s obvious which was made by the instructor!
However, mine was good enough too!
After chilling, it tasted better! Generally macarons tastes better when chilled. Though it could have been better, I’m already very pleased with my macarons, plus the fact that they had feet!
