Amici – Dinner | Hungry Bird

I’ve been to Amici 3 times and sadly, not all 3 visits were pleasant. I wouldn’t classify this restaurant as a posh restaurant but neither is it casual. It’s like, it’s trying to have a classy image but they’re still not there yet. It is of high importance to choose the right seat when you’re there. there’s 2 sections to this restaurant which I will call the front and the back. Do sit in the front, where the main entrance is. At the back, it is crammed, greasy (due to open concept kitchen), and noisy (due to faulty air con). The seats at the back are 100% unpleasant.

They often have promotions which can be up to 50% off the total bill. You have to buy vouchers online to enjoy this.

The bread. It was good! Served warm, crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, just like how it should be.

I ordered this and I liked it! I’m quite new to eating lobsters so I can’t provide much advice.

Cappuccino cake with ice cream

This actually turned out to be most outstanding than the tiramisu

Tiramisu

This was supposed to be their signature dish but I felt that it wasn’t as good as the previous time I tried it. The fingers were oversoaked and the alcohol taste was overpowering.
