I planned to have a simple lunch of steak at Eatzi as I happened to be in Bedok Point. But what took me by surprise was a 1 for 1 promotion, and what’s even better was that it was something I really didn’t mind having!

The black pepper tenderloin steak usually cost $22.00++ on their ala carte menu. But for $25.00++, you get 2 of these, plus the daily soup, daily dessert and coffee or tea.

The soup was just condensed soup, unmistakably. The soup of the day was mushroom soup. If I could upgrade the soup, I would do it.

NZ tenderloin, medium rare

The steak was as good as their usual standard. It was very tender and wasn’t overcooked. The meat was also flavourful and didn’t have any pungent beefy smell.

The dessert of the day was strawberry ice cream. It was just normal.

Normal coffee or tea was served too.

For the above, $12.50++ for one set was a really good deal. In fact, I wouldn’t mind paying $12.50++ just for the steak alone! Note that the promotion ends 31^st August and is available for lunch everyday at Bedok Point only.

Overall: for a simple meal this is a good place choose.
