In pursuit of the best Mexican food, I’m having Mexican once again. This place came highly recommended by my yoga teacher who loves Mexican food herself.

Their menu was fast food like and kind of resembled Hombre Cantina‘s or Mexout‘s.

Carne Asada (Beef) Quesadilla with Guacamole – $14.00

Not the most photogenic looking quesadilla but the texture of the tortilla was actually good. It was nicely toasted, kind of like Indian naan. What I did not understand was the way they wrapped it up. It’ll be easier to eat if they sliced it up. Otherwise it’s really good and one of the better quesadillas I’ve tried.

On the other hand, the ambiance at this place was poor. It was dark, cramped and small with low ceilings. Takeaway could be a better choice.

Overall: Good quesadillas.
