Whole-meal Cooking Beef Steak 🥩 ~Onion Garlic Sauce~ with Stuffed Eggplant 🍆, Conchiglie with Broccoli Cream Sauce🥦🍄🥓, Chicken and Radish Soup 🥣 & Caramel Nuts Mousse 🍮 . . This is one of my favourite cooking classes at @abccookingstudio_sg so far! All four dishes in this meal were great on it's own. Even the very simple mousse was such a delight to end the meal with because the rum aroma in the mousse matched so well with caramel coated walnuts! I love the 大人の味 within this meal with the various usage of alcohol in the cooking 😋
Handmade Ramen ラーメン This is the most popular lesson at @abccookingstudio_sg and after finally experiencing it myself I'd say it's worth the hype! We get to make hand cut ramen from scratch🍜, braised chashu rolled from pork belly 🥓 and nitamago 🥚served with a hearty chicken broth. On the side we have hand wrapped gyoza 🥟 and a scoop of Häagen-Dazs Green Tea ice cream 🍨 to complete the meal! . . I found everything to be so delicious and I drank up every last drop of the soup 😋 and I felt so happy the entire day being satisfied with this ramen meal I cooked from scratch!
🍊 Orange Custard This is rich bread dough with baked open faced with fillings of custard (not from instant custard powder!) and orange confit. Adding Grand Marnier to the custard made a huge difference on the overall flavour which was aromatic yet not too sweet.
Walnut Cheese くるみチーズ These mini loaves 🍞 are not only cute looking hnbut also really delicious! I love the light crispy texture on the outside while the inside is soft and fluffy, with the occasional crunch from walnuts in every bite.
Sesame Matcha Finally had time to bake bread at home again! I made this sweet matcha bread with black sesame almond cream filling. I was pleased that it turned out looking exactly like it did when I first made it at @abccookingstudio_id! This time I used Kitano Kaori bread flour from Tomiz, which is what we use in Riche lessons at @abccookingstudio_sg! The result was a softer and fluffier bread which is great for soft Japanese style buns like this 💚🖤

Inari & Maki Sushi Set いなり寿司&巻き寿司 I'm really happy to be able to attend this lesson at @abccookingstudio_my The Gardens Mall Mid Valley studio and everything was as delicious as I anticipated it to be. Was it worth ✈ over to 🇲🇾 to attend this class? - YES 😍 . . The inari sushi and karaage chicken were the best items while the mizuna salad and dessert of shiratama with matcha cream and adzuki were good complements to make this a satisfying meal! Thank you instructor Tyson for teaching 😋
Weekends are for eating 😋 I don't usually wake up for breakfast but I'm glad I did today because I love the Nasi Lemak at @wkualalumpur! Also really stoked that they have such a wide variety of drinks included in the buffet like a whole coconut, selection of TWG teas, fresh juices and teh tarik. Of course I had teh tarik.

Curry-pan & Donut 2 of my favourite breads in one lesson! 🥳 learnt this yesterday at @abccookingstudio_sg where we made curry pan and donut using the same dough. The most difficult part was of course, the fear of deep frying the bread but it was worth it because it was so delicious with mochi-mochi texture! I wish I had more than 3 donuts though, I was so reluctant to share it. Thank you @cookinginserenity for the class 🍩
After Dark Indulgence Can't go wrong with chocolate! 🍫
Yuzu White Chocolate Mousse This is not your usual mousse cake because there is no cake! Instead, the base and middle layer is Earl Grey Tea cookie made from scratch. I would totally use the cookie base recipe to make cookies next time because it smells so good and I love Earl Grey 😋. I also liked how smooth the mousse was and I'm already thinking of what other flavours I could make this in. Unlike the usual trial lessons at @abccookingstudio_sg, this Deluxe Experience trial involved more interesting steps and it was an enjoyable class to attend! Thank you Desmond for teaching!
